Tom Clancy's Division 2 PS4 server connection dropping and errors after Dec 14 2021 1.36 update

Sorry for the long video. Division 2 on PS4 is malfunctioning after the Dec 14 2021 1.36 update. The connection to server is very slow to start, and is repeatedly dropping out of game after game starts. In the game, your movement, your gunfire, and enemy spawns are all malfunctioning. Also, still seeing the double start-up when loading game.
