“Is water wet?” I felt that question so hard. Wet means “covered or saturated with water or another liquid.” So how can water be wet??? Can water be “covered in water? Thats just more water. The water isn’t then wet. Wet is when other things get water on them (or other liquid)... so that’s how my brain Tom that question 😂. My wife gave me the biggest eye roll in history because I paused your video to say that to her.

Fun fact: I’m very allergic to the red contrast dye that’s injected for CT scans. I discovered that when I was 9 and my throat started swelling shut in the middle of the scan. They started calling all kinds of codes and half the doctors were running to my room. Anaphylaxis is not fun 😅
What do they inject when you need a CT scan then?
Me too! I’ve never met someone else who was allergic to CT contrast- but my reaction is that my kidney’s shut down. I don’t have outward indicators and it’s super dangerous.
@@MaeAlessa gadolinium is what they use for me or carbon dioxide. But it’s hard to get the doctors to listen and because it’s such a serious allergy we have to wear an allergy bracket or some other indicator because in the event of an emergency, they would never know not to use contrast otherwise

Cold showers or washing your face with cold water helps with me
Find out if salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide works better for you. Some people are more sensitive to the other. I personally use salicylic wash and then benzoyl peroxide at night.
I wash my face in the morning and night
Replace towels and pillow cases with clean ones every week
Don’t touch or scratch your face
Clean your phone! Your phone probably isn’t clean I clean mine every day with a Clorox wipe just a quick little swipe with it
Always wash your hands
Sunscreen is great! Moisturize and exfoliate!
I don’t eat sugary foods or really junk foods i still eat pizza and burgers but I don’t have the little stuff like chips or chocolates because I noticed I broke out.
DO NOT POP PIMPLES it is not worth it trust me. I apply a little benzoyl peroxide on them and they disappear relatively quickly. Popping them will not only leave you with a scab but it could lead to scarring which is worse to have
I use benzoyl peroxide EPIDUO at night and any salicylic acid wash. Although your skin may be different or more sensitive to certain things so be aware of that
Alex1120 drinking a gallon of water a day is pretty excessive. also definitely don’t wash your face twice a day, it will irritate your skin. when you do wash your face, i would recommend washing your face with warm water to open your pores and cleanse them and then splashing cold water on your face afterwards to close your pores

I really like how you promote real science and stop all of the missinformation or pseudoscience, I get so frustrated evrey time I hear people say that pills or really strange radical diets can make them skinny.
i know from personal experience (1 leg),smoking is good for you and chopping off your legs makes you run faster, if you pick your nose it cleans your eyes from the back ( too much makes them bulge )
I definitly agree with you on that one cause I have seen people that where on one of the radical diets to get skinny and all they did is increase their overall body mass.

( If the person asking was thinking about cannabis, which is being studied as a preventative and or treatments of alzheimers, i don't think smoking it would be the best route of administration. bs : don't be anti cannabis drama, it has medical purposes, we found it can prevent alzheimer to an extent and we're studying it's effect on proteins plaque caused by that dementia and so far so good it works! )

I’ve had an MRI Scan because I used to have scoliosis when I was 8. My dad who’s a medical doctor used to always check my spine and said o had to get it checked. I’m good now and I like mri scans. I got to watch inside out because I stood still while doing it.

I've got some questions: are sunburns dangerous (especially if it makes the skin red and blotchy and is painful)? Does it cause skin cancer? Also, can you please make a video on effective ways to weight loss and losing stomach fat? And, how are dentists able to use x rays to check teeth if x rays are dangerous?
