    Sir I applied for LRS for 200 sq yards..shall I apply for building permission through tsbpass and start construction..or else u have to wait for LP number..my sale deed registered document in year 2003..

    i applied for new building permission in my own old place i had a house number and paying tax since 1987 i have dismantled house 1 year back as it is 65 years old and roof got damaged and crack in walls. this house is 31mts away from railway boundary. when i applied online geographic location of the plot is accepted . my application got rejected as it falls in railway zone . if it is in railway zone why TSbpass have accepted the geographic boundary why they have collected my hard earned money as challan and cancelled the application . During the post verification one employee from Municipality verified the place and he asked for the bribe 10 k so that he process the application . i refused to give him he said this falls under railway zone i will get it rejected . There are many houses beside the railway boundary . There are 3 houses in between my plot and railway boundary. Before TSbpass only employees are corrupted with TSbpass GOVT is corrupted. this is how GOVT theft the challans from the normal citizen ask for to many NOC for single ground floor residential construction.
