The purpose of this channel is to promote the sport of diving in the world! Often times diving is buried in a long swimming video, or streamed events are lengthy and slow.. We reformat it to give the spotlight to diving and cut out the empty, uneventful moments in the stream to make it more appealing to viewers while making sure we maintain the integrity of the competition.

Ha you're right! I didn't notice it before. I definitely can be annoying! I don't like it when they are so close on the regular video that you can't even see the full dive :). Thanks for commenting!

Did the Hawkins guy ever make it to the Olympics? He had to be close.
Ryan Hawkins? No he never made it to the olympics but competed in the Olympics Trials in 2016. He finished in 5th place in the individual event and in 2nd in synchro (but only first place qualified to attend). BYW.. Fun Screen Name!

@@FlipnripDIVINGu be suprised😂 I remember as a kid I was afraid of the deep end because I didn't know how to swim and no1 taught me to to stop being afraid of it... It was until I got to high school that I learn a bit to swim but to this day I don't know to to float but I can swim a bit 😂
