Nah I think he just said his BMR , that means the amount of calories your burning per day even if your sitting in a couch hole day( your organs will burn like heart etc ) , and after that to find maintenance you need to calculate the amount of works like playing sports etc

@SalemF-m2p Bro as a 15 yr old myself who had a similar situation with you just focus on bulking and gaining muscle. If you really care about the jawline you can “mew” and keep good tounge posture. But I’m assuming you’re skinny so continue to bulk. Trust me bro 13-14 I just focused on gaining weight and 14-15 I actually started lifting. It works it just takes patience. Don’t worry too much about jawline and stuff just breath through your nose and let your body mature.
