YESSSS!!! Thank you SO much for this video and explaining it so well! This totally gives me what I was searching for the last couple of days. Appreciate you sir!
This is cool...I didn’t know you could do this....New Fractal user..Got my AxeFXIII about 3 months ago....One other thing I am struggling with,is I have 2 of those small TRS switches....I have 4 switches..I want them to select Presets,Scenes,FX,and looper.....then my FC-12 will populate whichever layout I select from the TRS stand in switches.....but I am not sure how to go about programming everything to get it to work.....
That’s great, but this appears to have the same limitations as the strymon big sky infinite/freeze. On infinite, each note that’s played adds additional reverb, so it gets out of hand quickly. On freeze, what you’re playing over the top of the frozen reverb is bone dry, which to me is pointless. Realistically you need a second reverb pedal after the big sky to solve this problem. From what I understand, the fm3 can only do one reverb block at a time, but I believe the fm9 can do two. On the fm9, would it be possible to freeze one reverb block, then bring in the second reverb and play over the top?
Hey there Chris, lazy Daniel here. Does the Time control determine the length of the grain of audio held by the hold function? Going to attempt a sustain pedal patch and trying to determine what ingredients are missing before I dive in. Cheers, D
Thanks man this is great - but is there any way to turn the reverb off - and just use the hold function? right now I have to crank the reverb in order to have the volume for the hold function...
Hi! I use per-preset layout and a Control switch 1 for the momentary hold function. The problem I have is that when I switch between scenes that have the same reverb block, the hold function is still engaged. In other words, I still hear the reverb decay even though I'm not pressing down on the switch anymore. What to do?

The reverb hold is like having one of those freeze pedals. Awesome
Nicely done Chris.

Awesome....that’s dead easy and saves me reading the manual 👍🤘
Great Video Chris!! Thanks!

I wish the Reverb Hold didn't lose volume over time. Over time it gets quieter and quieter.
