This tea time sponge cake is like a cloud in the form of cake, light and fluffy. love adding nuts to my tea cake, it just gives that much needed crunch. You will be in textural heaven when you bite into this one. With the golden brown top and soft crumb, you will be in love!

2 eggs ( substitute : 1/2 cup curd or condensed milk )
vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 cup
cooking oil 1/3 (substitute butter)
milk 3/4 cup
white vinegar 1 tbsp
flour (maida) 1 & 1/2 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
mixed nuts & raisin on top
** baking tin size 8 inch**
preheated oven at 170c & bake for 35-40 minutes.
