Hield is a representation of that 3pt specialist type player that is more so nonexistent now a days. Myles Turner really does have to go. He has never had a consistent 10 game stretch. He had what, 5 points against the Sixers? He can't defend on the ball, run the floor, or play the pick and roll very well. He gets turned around on almost every defensive play. He isn't a power forward. He isn't a center. What is he exactly? Jalen Smith is much better and should assume the minutes. Look at Smith's numbers from last night with his limited minutes.

I personally would move Hield and Toppin/1frp for De’Andre Hunter to play our 3. He rebounds well for a 3 also. Turner needs to go. I can already see how this will play out come playoff time. The Pacers were the better team with Haliburton. Not so much without him. No accountability in this game. I would have pulled Turner and Hield in the 2nd half because there was no production at all from them. TJ was probably still sick so he probably wouldn't be able to give his normal self. Jackson and Walker should have played just to get some sort of energy in the game.
I get your frustration, I feel Pacers should have won as well. However TJM was out due to illness and why he did not play, and was missed. This team been saying it for years will never do anything with Myles Turner as its starting center, Fans generally have no clue what a good center looks like, they just see big point games and think that means the center is good. He has to help our center to boxing out people, and he also has to protect the perimeter. We cannot expect him to save other's as* all the time and be able to put in 25 points. When we do not have the rebound power, Nembhard should stop attacking the paint but instead pass the ball to Nesmith to shoot 3s.
