We visited in mid of November
As December is good time but it will be super cold and you will find snowfall too.. but it will be expensive

Yes but it depends on the snowfall, sometimes routes are close if there is heavy snowfall

10k ?? I didn’t get .. If you are talking about 110000 tenge I mentioned that is for the car we rent for full day and cover two destinations in the day .
