  • Together, the practices of Samskara (Part 1) and Sankalpa bring about positive changes in all areas of your life by defining and reforming your mental habits.
    Part 1 Releasing Samskaras - This part of the meditation will help you find your self-destructive Samskaras. Familiarizing ourselves with our Samskaras or mental tendencies is a way we can shift from what causes suffering to creating contentment.
    Part 2 Setting Sankalpa - Have you ever failed at a resolution? Try Sankalpa! Sankalpa is a heartfelt resolve or intention that is larger than life but also extends into all areas of your life at all times.
