    This is part 2 of Finding Samskaras & Creating Sankalpa. Together, the practices of Samskara (Part 1 of the guided meditation) and Sankalpa bring about positive changes in all areas of your life by defining and reforming your mental habits. Additionally, if you do the practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), Sankalpa is an integral part of the practice.

This meditation will help you to create this powerful type of affirmation and also give you suggestions as to how to use it. Sankalpa is a way to consciously reprogram the brain to focus on a positive thought instead of the negative ones.
