Not true, conversions are a thing. Any one can convert to Judaism as long as they actually want to and believe that the Torah is true. We see many Prophets in the Tanakh that were Non-Jews but converted. There were non-jewish prophets like Ruth, Obadiah, Job, Balaam, etc, etc.
