I feel like Elite has really altered their disc trays to be cheaper because everyone who uses them these days has issues. It doesn't matter if it's Ryuki, Zero-One, various Doctor Who sets, or tons of anime sets like the new Fruits Basket series, they're trays just don't lock discs in the way they used to. I've got no problem with the cover or spine. As for the description, I do agree it's worded weirdly, but let's be real, most people aren't going to be seeing this in stores on the shelf in the first place. And most that would would pass on it anyway because it's "Power Rangers." I do find it funny that they considered Episode Final as a bonus feature. After getting Black from Discotek, which is full of features, it seemed a tad lackluster. I can't complain though, it's another official Kamen Rider release. BTW, your question about the poster being made first is accurate because that image WAS made as their poster for the digital release of Ryuki. The BD cover is just reusing that poster.
You know it would cool if on the top over the title they put "before kamen rider dragon knight there was" like what they did for the sentai dvds just for a cool little nod

I had the same problem with my Ultraman Orb set where the disc won’t fit
