Your lefthand should have more thumb angling with the stick, hence more thumb use than wrist.

your technique needs work. your right hand is in french grip (like for playing timpani) not traditional match. and your pinky is off the stick. and your fulcrum is slipping. your left hand is also wrong. you shouldn't be only using your wrist. your pointer finger needs to rap around the stick, and middle finger up slightly too, not resting underneath the stick. This is for better stick control.

Also your right hand is in quite close to body, looks cramped.

love you're technique, but watching rushing when you're showing how to play with a metronome.
