Every time I've watched Milroe play, he hasn't impressed me. I see potential there, and he's probably the best athlete at his position, but what I dont see is the 'IT' factor that both Sheduer and Cam have. He plays against better competition, true. But he also benefits from being surrounded by a talent filled roster. Raiders have a bottom ranked O-line. They're not that far from being the worst ranked, overall. I like JPJ and flashes that Glaze has shown us but everyone else, imho, can go. Parham does not impress me. He's just an extra body going through the routine, not getting any better. Miller, when healthy, has been solid but.... wrong side of 30, and a lot of mileage latter, I dont see him returning to his 'original' /rejuvenated form. Contract year, Raiders might have to move on. That said, and regardless of what happens with Miller, Raiders can't afford to ignore the LT position any longer. I think a lot of teams are going to be tanking for Wards services, perhaps Sanders as well. Unless the Raiders plan on doing the same, the best option moving forward would be to fix the OL then maybe take a chance on a Drew Allar, Nussmeier, Moss, or Beck in the 2nd. One thing is for sure, we'll have the draft capital to move up and get them if they should fall.
He's a specimen but i think his ceiling is Vince Young. Which isn't bad but Sanders and Cam are special like you said. They look like QBs even under pressure. The LSU and USC QBs looked good in the season opener. The Idiana QB also looks like a winner

He is "raw" because he doesnt play within structure. He is often times looking to run and create instead of what the offensive playcall is. This isnt something you cannot prove quickly, in fact I am sure Sanders will prove it. But we have seen him struggle vs some top tier schools. Also, I spoke to multiple scouts that think Cam Ward is a lot better and I think there is some truth as to why Cam Ward has overtaken Sanders on a lot of QB Rankings the past few weeks.
