So apart from universal adhesive agent, adhesion armamentarium should include materials for both total etch systems like - etchent - primer And self etch systems like - acidic primer For indirect restorations, - HF etchent+ silane primer for glass ceramics - zirconia primer or Universal adhesive with 10MDP. Is it correct?
You would not need a separate primer with universal adhesives...only if you are using a 4th generation bonding agent / 3-step total etch adhesive as mentioned in the video....same goes for self etch...if u purchase that system, it comes with the acidic primer...no need to get one separately when using a universal adhesive. 37% phosphoric acid etchant, HF etchant, silane primer, zr primer you will need...
Super helpful ! Cleared a lot of concepts for me
thank you, this is very informative.
Glad it helped! 😊

many thanks, excellant presentation :)
Glad you liked it! Stay connected :)
How does the smear layer chemically interacts with the self etch adhesives?
Nice
Thankyou :)
