Sir can u pls explain at low load from where the auxiliary blower take suction and wats the pathway of air reaching the scavenging manifold...bcoz in most of the sketches it's shown the auxiliary blower is connected after air cooler...

Brother it's a NRV , IT PROVIDES AIR FROM AIR COOLER TO THE SCAVENGE SPACE BUT NOTHING MUST GO BACK AND WE ALSO CHECK ITS CLOSING PROPERLY OR NOT AT TIME OF INSOECTION ,

Sir please explain about how excessive exhaust back pressure created? What r the causes to occure excessive back pressure?

Also what is the reason for providing flaps in the scavenging manifold...
It's for allowing air to come from air cooler to scavenge space. It is like one way valve.
