Remnant has actually phenomenal replayability. Once you finish your first campaign clear you if you explored every side dungeon you will have seen about 40% of what the game has to offer. This would probably be annoying if the build variety wasn’t fantastic. Anything can clear apocalypse difficulty. Also I’m going to let you know there are alternate ways to kill certain bosses. This will give you a different reward. Mainly these are the bosses you fight at the end of a word like sha hala that you showed off in the video. Every one has different conditions from dialogue options, special interactions or doing something specific in the fight.
That sounds so awesome 🤣🔥 alternate ways to kill bosses is something I live for broski! It's crazy to think that so much of the game is "hidden" behind multiple playthroughs. I think classes and builds is something I have to invest more time into tbh 💪
These have honestly been some of the best bosses I have ever faced in my 8 years of gaming. seriously this game cannot be praised enough for their creativity.
Love to hear that 👊 we've literally walked out of every boss fight with a huge smile thinking "damn that was fun", same can't be said about most other souls like bosses tbh 😅
Loved the video, especially the news broadcast bit😂 really enjoyed listening to your opinions and experiences with the game (especially the boss section) my friend and I just finished our first hardcore run on veteran and it's been a great time!
Appreciate it broski 👊 thank YOU for commenting and sharing your experience! I've been excited to try out the harder difficulties in the game with my brother to see what it's like 💪 so far the most difficult part for me in the game has been not jumping off the map accidentally 🤣 ffs it happens so often it's crazy
Hardcore run with all the pitfalls that instakill you coupled with somewhat janky jumping? No thanks 😂 Edit: Oh, and that cube boss that instakills you, where you have to stand in the holes of the cube to not be squashed. And how about the invisible bridge puzzle where a miss-step kills you? The game is fun and all, but I can't see it as all that well-suited for hardcore.
@@alaron5698 After a few run throughs and getting comfortable with the mechanics it feels a lot more fluid🙂 we did lose our first set of characters doing one of the portal jumps in the labyrinth though🤣 for really dangerous stuff like some of the secrets, bosses, and parkour we did this thing where one person plays safely or sits near a checkpoint in case the other died. There are also a handful of ways to revive yourself that are stackable that I would use when playing alone that made hardcore waaaay more manageable. Hope this helps make hardcore more approachable 🙂👍
@@alaron5698 Bro I get what you're saying but man that cube boss was fun af not gonna lie 😄 it's based on a few runs of trial and error ofc because you have to learn the pattern of which the cubes move in whichever direction 🤷🏻♂️ with hardcore you don't have the luxury of respawning unless you have some item to help you respawn like in the other comment oh which I have zero idea of how to get 😅
My friend and I have been mostly enjoying it, but we're on N'erud now, and after having cleared dungeon after dungeon after dungeon, we haven't found a single Seeker's Key (needed three for main quest), and now we are sort of stuck aimlessly running around not knowing where to go, and the world looks very similar everywhere. The fact that every run has a lot of randomness to it doesn't help in this regard, as it's not quite as simple as just looking up where to go. Kind of put a damper on our playthrough, as it's annoying to have to scour guides just to do basic progression, something we didn't really need to do on any of the other worlds (we went to N'erud last.) Hope we sort it out, but it has been a bit of a blemish on an otherwise (mostly) good run.
Damn we had that issue too with my brother where we couldn't find the third key and just ran around the map for a good while 😓 luckily we stumbled on it so we managed to move on but I get you broski, randomness has it's pitfalls..
So, I played the crap out of FTA, and 100% the game, put 186 hours into it because I wanted more and more. So far I've put 63 into this one and I'm only like 30% through the achievements. I absolutely love this series and honestly can't wait for the next installment. Also loved your perspective on it! Keep it up with the vids bro. One love
Appreciate it brother 👊 you're a PRO in this game! Thanks for the comment, I'm excited to see if the fun factor stays the same throughout the game, so far so good!
