What a beautiful video. I was not bored for a single minute and never felt the need to fast forward. You and your boyfriend make a cute couple. Your nephew looks really sweet!
Hi Riza, that was a great time visiting your nephew in Osaka with your boyfriend. Both of whom are gwapo. I think Angela made a short video with Che featuring the lucky cat outside that restaurant. Angela was almost unlucky as she tripped over the pedestal when she walked out of the camera shot. 😂
Hi! Thank you for sharing your life in Japan with us. It's nice to see you feel happy in your normal but calm daily life. Please continue to share your daily life~ Isn't it hot in Japan, too? I hope you take good care of your health.❤
Hi Riza 👋 this was a very fun video. Your nephew has the same smile as you. I agree you should show your face more. Don't be shy. You are beautiful. I used to enjoy going up in buildings, but as I'm older, I do not like heights. Makes my feet tingle 😆 Thank you for sharing your trip. I hope you had a nice time 😊
@Ategurl-im8cc It's ok if you're shy and you don't want to show your face. I just wanted you to know that you are a beautiful girl. My friend had a daughter with a Malaysian man, and she looks a lot like you.
@Ategurl-im8cc Haha, thank you for saying that. I used to be pretty when I was younger. Now I'm in my 50s and have been sick recently, so my looks are not the same. Ahhh, being young is a wonderful time. Embrace it and enjoy it my dear 💗

Hi Ate gurl, I really enjoyed today's video. Glad you and your boyfriend had a lovely visit with your nephew in Osaka. A strong family resemblance there 🙂. You're very blessed to live in a place where you have good public transportation. Thank you for posting your experiences in Japan.
Great video. Your nephew is a very handsome young man. As is your BF. What a wonderful trip you took us all on. Glad your medical exam came back so good. Glad you can help your Dad too. Be Blessed
Hi Ate Gurl, how lovely for you to be able to meet up with your nephew. I also looked after my nieces and nephews when they were younger. One of my nephews calls me his 2nd mum ❤. It's great to see some more of Japan in your videos. Have a great weekend.
Hello Ate Gurl from USA. Really enjoyed your video. Thank your nephew for me for getting you to show your face more 😂 I also loved seeing your BF and nephew. I love keeping up with all my girls in Japan. Looks like you had a fun time. Much love ❤️
Hello Miss Ate Gurl! I think your nephew is correct! I would like to see your face more often, I think you are very pretty and when you fixed your hair you look like the wife of a Pharos in ancient Egypt time! 😍🤩💕 Your bf man is very lucky and blessed to be with you! 😇🙏🥰 I would love to visit Osaka someday 🙏 Japan is such a beautiful country. I hope to see your next adventure in TH-cam soon! Bye bye for now 🙏👋👋 Jerry ☺️💪
I really enjoyed this video. Che was nice enough to tell me what ate means in front of your name. Happy to see you and your bf and cousin. I can’t figure out why most keep the camera turned away so their face can’t be seen. You are very attractive and I hope we get to see your face more often.
Hello Ate Gurl, a new subscriber here :). You are very caring to send money to your parents, good for you. I was actually quite reluctant to tell you, but I think you need to know this since you are still young and if this condition is ignored, it may progress silently. I think you need to work out on your blood glucose, because it seems that your HBA1C has been a little bit over the threshold since 2021 (yearly check up has yielded consistent result that your HBA1C is indeed a little impaired). If this condition is not being managed properly, it may lead to an unfavourable outcomes such as Diabetes and its complications. Getting a B doesn't automatically means that there is nothing wrong with the result you are having, it just means that it won't cause a problem if it is not being addressed right away (in general you will still be able to work without much health complaint), but you should take into account what it may lead you to if it persist chronically. I watched a few of your other videos and I think that you do eat rice almost everyday, I was thinking that maybe you can add barley(if you do not have gluten intolerance) into your steamed rice in order to reduce its glycaemic index level. Please check more resources about HBA1C and if feasible, consult with health care professionals for a more thorough information. I know the message I provided above is not very nice to hear for anyone who is on the receiving part, but blood glucose impairment is a quite a common problem everywhere in the world (don't be upset, work through it) and the sooner you address it (preferably by the most natural way which is through lifestyle modification) the better outcomes you will get. I love your video contents, they cheer me up throughout the routine I have to endure everyday, thank you for your continuous support.
@@ameliagunadi1490 thank you so much for information I don’t what is HBA1C please give me a advice that can eaten to prevent diabetes! Yes i eat white rice everyday.
@@Ategurl-im8ccIn the 2024 blood test result, your creatinine level is also very slightly above the threshold, which is not very usual for young people with lower BMI (Creatinine is one of a few indicators of kidney function), but your eGFR (also one of a few indicators of kidney function) is normal. On the other hand, I noticed that your red blood cells is within the normal range compared to the previous three years (which yielded a rather low result), it may be caused by dehydration as well as other conditions, but I think it is less likely a sign of kidney problem. Were you feeling dehydrated on the day the test was being carried on ? Did you take medicine to produce more blood cells, such as iron tablet or vitaminB tablets on the days before the test ? A ketogenic diet might not be suitable for you, due to your high cholesterol level, please choose a Mediteranian diet instead and opt for foods with lower GI level.
No worries, I am happy to be able to reach out to you, I am one of your fans:). More information about HbA1C can be found at websites such as WebMD and the likes. I think it would be best to seek out more information relating to your health condition with an official medical officer, but since you are living in Japan and English is not commonly conversed in Japan, I hope it will be okay to give some medical information before you can find a medical officer whose able to converse, and willing to provide you with an adequate information in a language that you can comprehend, relating to your symptoms (if there is any) and annual health check-up result. For lifestyle modifications that is generally recommended to decrease an impaired glucose tolerance, will be doing exercises and reducing blood glucose spikes (which is achieved by sticking to foods with moderate to low GI level). As for exercises, i thought that working in a food processing facility will probably require some sort of exercises, but you can always take a brisk walk after dinner to add up some exercises into your routines IF you are not already feeling exhausted after work. In general, you will need to read more about Glycaemic Index to give you a better picture on the food choices you can make. In summary, foods in its singular form(such as sugar, type of fruit and vegetable, meat, etc) has its own Glycaemic index level(abbreviated GI level). The higher the GI level a type of food has, the more abrupt it leech glucose(a type of sugar) into the blood after being ingested, producing a spike of glocuse rush in the blood which is not good for the organs it feeds, think about kindey, eyes, blood vessels, etc). So it is best to choose foods that has lower GI level and avoid foods that has high GI level (with the highest is sugar). For a 'stronger' approach - incorporating a Keto diet. This approach is not suitable for a person who already fall into a Diabetic category and for a person who has an elevated blood lipid markers (blood cholesterol, LDL, and VLDL). In the past four years (from 2011 to 2014), your fasting blood sugar results have been consistently within the normal range which means that you are not a Diabetic. I am not sure if you should check more to prove further that you are indeed not a Diabetic, but you seem not to qualify to be called a Diabetic based on your blood sugar indicators alone. As for your lipid markers, you have an elevated cholesterol and LDL, which made Keto diet is not recommended at the moment. In the future, if you have managed to reduce your cholesterol level, you might reconsider this option, but please consult with a healthcare professional before you start incorporate it into your daily habit. For a milder approach, you can simply choose foods that has low to moderate GI level, this can be achieved by modifying your main source of carbohydrate's GI level by adding barley(30% of the total amount-IF you don't have gluten intolerance) when cooking steamed white rice OR you can also switch into eating steamed brown rice instead if you like the taste (I would like to remind you though that brown rice has higher organic arsenic level compared to white rice, so it would be wise to consume brown rice in moderation, like twice or thrice in the days of the week). As for sweet treats, I know it is hard to avoid sweets alltogether, but try to reduce and choose sweets that has comparatively lower GI level (think about cake vs candy), and remember, try to reduce. Artificial sweetener is still a debated topic, I personally wouldn't touch it and will opt for a small amount of regular sugar in my sweets instead. I am sorry for the long post, I actually have sent this a few times, but it keeps dissapearing, I dont know why.
