And they literally makes the place a human waste zone, where everything from furniture to door & window frames are teared down & sold.. it gets completely destroyed! Trash, waste & human waste everywhere! One off my relatives was actually offered to buy a "sauna" made from random wooden things, like doors.. They just drowe along, knocking on peoples doors, trying to sell their fake sauna... Made off probably all stolen radom stuff & then put togheter.. The "salesmen" also had a woman in their company, she apparently "fell in love" with my realtive, right at the moment she saw him (wanting to make a sell).. They sell eachother parts off public sidewalks & places. Theese spots are used by then to sit and beg at. They sit outside every supermarket, grocery store, even farmacies (lots off elderly people, carrying cash & willing to just give money to stop being harassed)... The better the spot, the higher the price.. The sad part is, they often take pride to live outside the rest off society.. They don't care about their kids going to school, so their kids are doomed to live in similar misery. Life skills like stealing & cheating on "the others", how to continue to live off but outside society, are passed down the generations.

Basically, the BBC say everyone needs to pay them a fee that they call a 'TV license'. They say anyone who watches live TV, even if it's not BBC channels needs to pay them. And also if you watch BBC iPlayer. They send threatening letters to you and basically say you'll be prosecuted if you don't give them money and they assume you do watch live TV until you go online and fill in a form to say you do not. They also send people round to try to spy on you and catch you watching TV! It's insane that they get away with it, if any other business was going around threatening people and trying to scare them into paying it would be considered illegal but the BBC just get away with it. My mum has a criminal record because she was caught watching live TV in the 90s. Also if you are blind and you can prove you are blind you get 50% off! How kind.

Generally a sheriff is someone that is a city official that takes up responsibilities in England and Wales (like trash being dumped anywhere). Sometimes snotty bailiffs will refer to themselves as this to try and intimidate people in debt but I don't think anyone with common sense finds them any less or more intimidating regardless of what special names they give themselves.
