I have soooo many items that require personalization that your manual process looks incredibly fast to me! I’m always starting in Canva and downloading and uploading every custom purchase. I can not imagine 100 orders per day! Go you!!
I email myself all the time :) Great idea to text spark! I was wondering how to manage customer service since I submit orders manually for the same reason. I seem to spend a lot of time making sure shipping stays on track too, but it does lend to a great customer experience. So much fun! TY for all the great videos!
Always good to see the natural “human” side of our favorite YT’ers living life and working on their businesses! Letting people know it’s a BUSINESS not a side hustle. I’d like the same type of videos that are just different parts like research/trends and designs. I know you can’t show your actual designs-defeat the purpose of business competition 😅 but like you said your day…thoughts, work flow. Do you batch days…like this day was maintenance and working on your program. But on other days -after getting back with customers questions and orders….do one big project like research for a day, maybe SEO next, then design and list individual days? Or all at once or maybe per specific niche before you scale? I know that was wordy, but I think you get the gist…or hope so 😅 Hope you feel better and out of the end of year slump! And had a Merry Christmas!!
