Same. I was going to suggest a "Work with me" episode - but then I realized the sound of a blacksmith hammering hot iron would be somewhat distracting.
When I was younger, I could play Skyrim beyond the healthy hours of the day. Which meant immersion and hyperfocus. And then when it came to studying, using Skyrim's immersion as ambience pulls me back to my beloved memory, making me focused and comfortable at the same time. Using my obsession has become an advantage and with the 25 min and 5 min studying method. I just hope I can pull my midterms with this strategy.
Markarth is severely underrated as a city. Forsworn raiders, prison slave labor, and cannibals aside... It's one of the most aesthetically beautiful spots in Skyrim and the lore makes it even more interesting.
This has to be the most stunning looking study with me yet! I love the outdoor setting for this one! Please please keep uploading these, they have been helping me get through all the coursework for my masters! Thank you again for the amazing content :)
Those study sessions in Sryrim videos are awesome and helping a lot... Until now I've just been keeping Skyrim music as a background, but it's indeed better with the pomodoro method. Best fusion ever. Thank you!
I have been enjoying your study sessions while I read through The Way of The Word (Bible, haha). Every Dragonborn needs to learn how to use their power well, yes? "Sky above, Voice within."
I'm studying to try to learn another language. Thank you so much for uploading these - they're so peaceful and the time spent is far more enjoyable with company and a magical setting.
I rarely leave comments, but man these videos you're making are great. Great atmosphere, and the character reading books in various places is just genious. Besides, it seems like skyrim music was born for this purpose. Soothing, relaxing, no invasive beats and so on. Helps going with the flow. Subscribed. Keep up the good work mate!
Working my way through a lab report that's been killing me. It's due at midnight tomorrow. I'm struggling to type my way through the discussion. After that, it's just the abstract and editing. This is really helping me get through. Good luck to everyone studying/working!
I've been waiting for a new Skyrim Pomodoro, and i was so happy to see this was posted!!! Again, the music is so well selected - i just love it! Thank you so much for doing these, you're singlehandedly saving my productivity!
THESE ARE SOOOOO GOOOOOOD. Thank you for making them I hope you keep it up:) I have been studying for ecophysiology and invertebrate zoology. But now I am doing a take home final in my GIS course. Glad to be studying alongside my brothers and sisters in Skyrim.
These videos were increasing my efficeny during my Bachelor Thesis in Organic Chemistry by a huge margin. Thanks for your awesome content. Sorry for my bad english, i'm not a native speaker. Greetings from Germany.
I'm currently working on my final research projects for this fall semester. Everything is due in the upcoming days and while I have been pacing myself this whole time, writer's burnout is creeping up. I love that these videos motivate me to stay on my tasks and wrap up my projects. Thank you for this wonderful pomodoro timer. I look forward to more videos! I'm equally excited for more Skyrim ambiance, but also any other sort of study games/locations you feel inspired to make!
I'm working on my MSN in Nursing Informatics. I've said it on other videos, but these videos are seriously my lifeline in completing my degree!! They have helped so much with focusing and balancing studying with checking in with my family. I've gotten more study time in since starting these videos than I have all term LOL 😬
Thank you for uploading these videos. They helped me study for my exams a couple of months ago and now they'll be my trusted companions for my master thesis. I procrastinate a lot but the pomodoro system works wonders for me. Thanks and keep it up!
Dude I absolutely love these videos. The content you will be able to upload is almost endless with Skyrim. Thanks so much. On one monitor I have this playing while on the other I have a word doc loaded working on my novel. Cheers!😌
@@matthewcote5198 Its going good, just a very slow process. I'm wrapping up the final editing and then last thing to tackle is proofreading before sending the manuscript to an editor
These videos are amazing! Makes me wanna make a footage of my character doing stuff in Skyrim as well. Since doing simple things in skyrim really calms my mind, these videos manage to do so perfectly as well because I get that Skyrim feeling without playing it and actually having to study instead. It's better than the simple ambience videos, because you see a character in Skyrim studying, something not fun at all connected to an insanely relaxing game, great tactic!
I am studying for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam. Its a huge 4 hour exam with 185 questions. This definetly helps manage time when it comes to studying and taking breaks and prepairing for sitting for the 4 hour beast. Thank you!
These videos have been excellent for days where I find myself doing a lot of writing or coding, or even just trucking through a to-do list at the computer. Thank you for these!
This video is so great, pomodoro method + Skyrim music is amazing idea. I am trying to get through reading slack and currently reading The Silmarillion with this background music ❤
As a former WOW player, I never even so much as heard of this game. Finding this on here in sessions like this has picked my interest. Not only is this helping me to maintain my sanity while writing, but now I want to check the game play to explore more of the world while not writing (and maybe get some more inspiration)
Thank you so much for these lovely pomodoro videos! I love video games and I do my own study with me videos, but having a Skyrim channel to work alongside with is awesome! These are really well done with the text, timers and music… I’m definitely motivated to be productive now. Have a good day!
