How lucky were we to grow up in the 60’s and 70’s when all this mindbogglingly amazing volume of brilliant music was created.
Search for top 50 lists of that period and she often doesnt even appear. The music back then was that good. Carole is amazing but there was so much to choose from.

What a feeling it must have been for her to come back years later and sing the songs that she penned for others and establish a definitive version. Carole King is just an amazing artist.

I honestly think that this is the best version of this song.
Always a wonderful woman. I listen to every note and every word. Always have. And I am 83. There is a DVD of her in concert. Well worth having, if you cannot see her in person. Thanks to TH-cam for this little wonder watch.
