The vocal haters' unwillingness and/or inability to engage with the show on its own terms is just baffling to me. Feels like they need to take everything at face value: as if a line of dialogue might as well be coming from an all-knowing narrator, not a character who has their own motivations and history.
There was a huge controversy before the ep came out where people were saying this ep reveals the force is officially female. Nothing in the episode says that, the thumbnail is meant to play on that controversy
Really? Unbelievably large plot holes, literal contradictory dialogue, horrible acting, completely redefining lore, and a nonsensical story line isn’t attractive to people? Color me surprised What’s hilarious is you have “no issues” with this.
Can you elaborate on what was a plot hole in this episode? The acting by the young twins was not the best. Redefining lore is not a bad thing but I think you’re saying the episode disrespected the prequels and I don’t agree with that. The lore and storyline make sense here, you also have to keep in mind this is one side of the story, we will be getting other sides in future episodes
@@TrustInTheForce 😂😂😂😂 really? When a preschooler could write a more sensical story this is what you ask? It is amazing how fire doesn’t even follow the laws of nature. But congratulations, I think you’re the only ones defending this trash, kudos
@@stvnhzdgz Well that would be like me saying, I really hope your disdain for this show isn't real because I just couldn't imagine that. If you didn't like it, that's your opinion and I respect it. I'm liking the show so far and I want to see how it ends.
@@stvnhzdgz Lol the story makes perfect sense so far, its hilarious to see people saying "there's no fire in space, this is trash." completely ignoring previous instances where laws of nature are broken. Example there is no sound in space but we hear it all the time in Star Wars. Lucas has a bunch of quotes on that saying he cared about the laws of nature until he didn't. There are a lot of people defending the show btw, sorry you don't see them on your feeds.
@@piterllo Firstly, if franchise has been died since 2012, then it wouldn't have happened not only Clone Wars S5-7, but also Rebels, Bad Batch, Andor, Rogue One and other loved projects we have today. Why not be grateful for the good? Secondly, if your opinion is "Star Wars is dead", then you shouldn't really be in this fandom in the first place. And thirdly, let's face it, until Lucas sold the campaign, Star Wars was just dying, they were in stagnation after Revenge of the Sith, but when he sold tge comoany, Star Wars essentially came to life and breathed life into them again, and i'm not saying that it was good, but the fact remains that it was good, but the fact remains that they didn't sell the campaign, and if Star Wars had still belonged to Lucas, they would have simply outlived their usefulness, and that's the end.
It's still alive and kicking :) We've loved Andor, The Bad Batch, The High Republic Books/Comics, The Jedi Survivor and Fallen Order video games, Star Wars Visions, Tales of the Jedi.
Honestly been loving the show so far. Not sure why everyone is hating on it.
If threading the Force via a steamy scissor sesh to make some twins is wrong … I don’t wanna be right
Definitely a lot of toxic overreacting with this show

100% agree
Gr8 to see my fav people always ❤ awesome podcasters 😊🎉🎉🎉
I don't get it. How can the force be female. Doesn't it produce good results some times?

Just because this show failed, it's doesn't mean the franchise is dead.
franchise has been dead since 2012
How are you defining failure?

@@TrustInTheForce well pretty normal.
@@ТимурТыква-г9е All great points
Sadly Star Wars has been ruined for me for a while now.
That is sad, sorry to hear that. Hopefully you have other franchises you enjoy now.
Wow. There’s actually someone who is defending mediocrity and thus allowing it to continue exist without improvements. How dissappinting.
Improvements definitely can be made, there’s no perfect show.
It's been a slow death since Ruin Johnson got his paws on the franchise.
