subhanallah when you listen to Hamza you see what rationality is...Islam is the truth. He hasn't made one fallacy, a fictitious statement, or red herrings. He has been consistent and logical. I've never seen Islam broken down in such a manner, it shocks me seeing people not being able to understand basic principles and arguments. Being so eager to attack it that they miss the point because they were too busy finding a way to win a mini argument, instead of listening and learning.

Be honest Hamza just provided his objective opinion which was not based on providing evidence. Hamza believes that the onus is on the non believers to prove him wrong
Xhayne Just gave ‘objective opinions’ which the definition of that is something that is not influenced by personal feelings, interpretations, or prejudice; based on facts; unbiased. How is that not a positive thing?
Secondly, I don’t know if you even watched the entire video but at one point a lying claim was put forward by someone and then Hamza put forward his reasons and the other guy said nothing to back up what he said.
The point is if the claim is that his reasons for belief aren’t logical then they should use reasons to support that or conclude that they are logical after giving him a chance to explain himself and could choose not to believe it for whatever reason but could not say it’s illogical as to say that they would need to support that.

Everything he knows that begins to exist requires a cause, and that is his support for the proposition "everything that begins to exist must have a cause."
Let us remain consistent. Nothing that we have ever observed was created in the religious sense, (The law of conservation of energy states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed), therefore creation did not occur in the religious sense. If you can challenge that proposition, you destroy the reasoning to support the first one.

Well, it is logical to believe in a creator, very logical. But even self, the fact is that we can't prove it as Hamza correctly and honestly indicated. But belief may be enough.
I love the way Hamza uses logic to explain to the detail, using simple examples as well. Easy to understand and follow.

Piety is not to turn your faces to the east or the west; rather, piety is [personified by] those who have faith in Allah and the Last Day, the angels, the Book, and the prophets, and who give their wealth, for the love of Him,1 to relatives, orphans, the needy, the traveller and the beggar, and for [the freeing of] the slaves, and maintain the prayer and give the zakāt, and those who fulfill their covenants, when they pledge themselves, and those who are patient in stress and distress,2 and in the heat of battle. They are the ones who are true [to their covenant], and it is they who are the Godwary.

Watching them dance all around the truth is on one hand entertaining but then I feel a deep sense of sorrow for them. So many will perish in this life and never once did you give thanks. May Allah(swt) protect us from dead hearts and strengthen our Iman and lift doubt from our hearts Ameen.

That man raised a good point and I thought about it. A fifth variable could be that Muhammad (saw) genuinely believed that he received revelations from God via Gabriel but there could be no evidence to discredit that. So then we would have to look up reasons why he would believe that. The reason would be because Gabriel approached him, claiming he was from almighty God and told him he was a messenger and gave him a revelation.
Now, despite there being no evidence to suggest that this claim is false, it goes back to him either telling the truth, lying, being deceived or being crazy. If there is no evidence to say he claim is false, and you think his claim WAS false, then you need to look at whether he was lying and why, whether he was crazy and why or whether he was deceived and why.
So that option just leads back to the four main options...

I agree that there is no evidence so one must look at reasons why Muhammad may or may not have been telling the truth.
1. If he was lying then one must ask themselves - why? According to research, Muhammad (saw) was known, even to his enemies, as The Trustworthy. There is even a Hadith, which I unfortunately cannot find, where it says that Muhammad asked some of his opponents what they would do if he told them that an army was coming to invade their homes. They quickly responded that they would arms themselves and get ready for battle. He then said "if you'd believe me about that then why don't you believe me about this?"
Secondly, he was married to a wealthy woman, Khadija and his uncle was part of one of the major tribes in Mecca around this time. When he started preached, he lost everything and I mean EVERYTHING. He was humiliated, assaulted, his family was boycotted and he, along with the few other Muslims, were driven out of their own town. Why would someone who had a decent life lie and continue lying despite losing everything and suffering persecution. His enemies even offered him whatever he wanted and he refused, basically saying they could offer him anything and he would never give up this cause.
2. If he was deceived by a demon or Satan himself then that itself cannot make any sense. Why? Because the Quran is FILLED with warnings against Satan. Satan is called an open enemy to the people. We are constantly warned against Satan and the Quran speaks badly of Satan. If it was Satan, or a demon, in disguise as the angel Gabriel then why would it speak badly of itself? Demons work for Satan so if it was a demon then why would it speak badly and warn against the very entity that it is working for? If it was Satan himself, and according to Islam and possibly other religions, Satan's main goal is to misguide Man from God (Allah) then why would Satan warn man against himself and tell man to constantly turn to the very being that it trying to take us away from? So it couldn't have been a demon or Satan himself.
3. Muhammad had some sort of psychological problem, such as Schizophrenia, which made him see things which are not there. This cannot be true either as there are numerous Islamic scholars, both Muslim AND non-Muslim (such as Karen Arnstrong and W. Montgomery Watt) have spend decades studying Islam and Muhammad and they have never come across any historical information to suggest that Muhammad was mentally ill and they have never claimed as such. If people who don't even belong to the religion, and have studied the man for their entire careers, have not suggested this or have not found any piece of information to state this, then this cannot be true either.
4. He was telling the truth - it really DID happen.

Brother Hamza, if i might add. I said this based on my experience and empirical observations upon other people. A belief system in a person's mind is a vital point to them and this belief is either linked or not linked to their own logic, this vital point is stored on their brain because they chose to, so whenever some new infallible information come to destroy and mess with their vital point and their logic and then the cycle of psychology takes part in order to defend their vital point :
1. Escapist ( They tend to quickly ignore the new information and trying to find made up justification in order to stand their vital point )
2. Denial ( They do store this Information as infallible information, yet they chose to dismiss it)
3. Conformist ( They try to compare this new information and their Vital point, if the new one is indeed infallible, they will accepted it but they will still find a way to find its rabbit hole ) but, again their response is based on what they like.
4. Acceptance ( Quickly after they realise the new information is infallible, they replace their old vital point with the new one )
5. Ignorance ( They don't care because they don't have any information regarding the matters and decide to refuse any new information based on their own judgement )
So, may be you'll need to improve your structure in order for them to be fair and play honest. Do not bludgeon their logic and vital point harshly, it will be hard for people who doesn't have a neat mind structure like you..

If you give 4 options A B C D and I can't prove A B or C it doesn't necessitate D as the correct option.
This argument has been used with complete conviction by Salafis in Speaker's Corner.
They say Muhammad either lied, was deceived, was crazy or was telling the truth, and if you can't prove the 1st three it must be the 4th option.
However we have to be fair and reasonable and honest with ourselves. Option D has to be intrinsically and positively proved in and of itself because it is quite possible that options E F G H I exist even though we are totally blind to their concepts.
For example it is possible that we live in a simulation and everything we believe including reason and logic is itself a lie.
This is quite a conceivable possibility known as the "Boltzmann Brain".
In sum: "absence of evidence is not evidence of absence".
Just because I cannot identify option E F G H or I it does not mean that we can assume they do not exist.
If you agree with option D you must prove it and not rely on the fallaciousness of options A B and C.
I happen to actually believe in option E when it comes to our beloved prophet - that he had spiritual "visions" that have truth behind their meaning but cannot be taken literally.

They said 80% of ppl hear voices. Whose voices are they hearing if satan is the one who whispers evil? Goodness comes from Allah. To differentiate between the two from truth or from falsehood you read the Quran and sunnah and incorporate what's acceptable to Allah and vanish the evil immediately.

David Hume said " A wise man proportions his belief to the evidence " Which begs the question, given that there is no credible, plausible or compelling reason to accept the existence of God. Why are so many persuaded by this incredibly weak proposition? It can only be that their intellect is as weak as their judgement.
Basically living in muhammad saw shoes is the test of the Quran. (Walking in his shoes and given to you to try on and walk in them).
What Allah told him to give up and strive for is proof of his testimony (results) the ppl of disbelief are the confirmation and will either become infuriated or attacking of the belief or your character and will begin to challenge you aggressively or be positive if they reason and are sincere or striving to seek out our true purpose.
It incorrect to say I cant prove the existence of Allah. Because there are many prove in islam for the rational and humble person.
The only way to see if muhammad saw is lying is to incorporate his character and find a flaw in it but also see how ppl react if you share and be like muhammad saw. The negativity or work of satan (hatred/ignorance/refusal to listen or unable to control their emotions) this is the proof.

FYI - Atheism is NOT a belief , it is the rejection of the assertion that a god exists. The claimant (the believer) has to demonstrate that a god exists. If he fails to do this ...which incidentally they always to...then they have not met their burden of proof, ergo it is justified not to believe in a god

If you read the Quran there is scientific facts that could not be found in the 7th century which proves it’s allahs words that’s why scientists convert to Islam

No way were scientists able to find that in the 7th century it just proves it’s Allahs words Allah gave you this perfectly life and your gonna deny him he’s testing people
