What the Bible says about honey...

Land of milk and honey⬇️
The phrase “land of milk and honey” appears 20 times. It certainly wasn’t referring to a land filled with Cheetos, neon green Mountain Dew, and other ultra-processed junk foods that contribute to deteriorating health.
It almost seems like… food was originally designed with purpose and perfection, and then we came along and polluted it.
The definition of food, I believe, has changed considerably through history. What is considered “food” now would not be considered food, even 100 years ago. Read the ingredients on a kid’s “orange drink” and see that it has canola oil and food colorings.
And this is marketed to families as a good source of vitamin c…more like a good source of inflammation and neurological issues. This is not food!
I don’t even consider ultra-processed junk to be food anymore! It’s ☠️ in my eyes. Might as well have the same warning label as conventional cleaning products.
Today, we’re living in a world of sickness and obesity, where 1 in 5 children is affected by obesity. It’s heartbreaking. We need to wake up, see the truth, and make a change. It’s time to break free from the Matrix and the confines we’ve been trapped in and start making healthier, conscious choices.
This starts with seeking TRUTH.
I grew up not realizing the “food” I was consuming was not real food. How could I when I was never taught? I thought butter was bad, consumed skim milk, and I had no problem eating ultra-peocessed foods.
It wasn’t until I decided to take time to cook from scratch, read ingredient labels, and proactively reconnect with my body and food that I realized what was going on with our food system!
It has been flipped completely upside down, starting around the beginning of the 1900s when the war on real milk, animal fats, and growing your own food commenced. Multiple generations were misled…
But we are now waking up to the LIES!
It is up to YOU to be the change.
