its one man playing 2 violins with one violin
imagine what he could do with 2 violins
Play 4 violins
Greatest violinist alive
Hate to put it this way but I’m surprised at how well he plays this deceptively simple piece with so much nuance and verve. Just masterful violin playing of the highest order......
Wow, that was just beautiful. He is a very talented skillful musician. I like how he fills the space in between the notes. Awww...Just fantastic!
Gould del violino. Grande maestro, grande musica
Thought the same. The audible presence of the performer through is breathing and the clear notes sounds very much like a Gould recording
Perfection at its finest
Dream....night sky of siros with Bach by mister leonidas
I can't wait for Bach CD's. Of course there is the early Stravinsky/Bach. Divine! Ah, Leonidas, you honor your name!
Such an awesome rendition of this movement. I love all the ornamentation
9 people are deaf. That's the best Bach of your life.
They are 12 now
There are now 14
And now they're fifteen.
15 people. Lol!
@@omamajohnpaul4215 not just deaf but idiots as well. LOL
Pay attention to the ornaments he added at 1:51
his ornaments are honestly quite unnecessary. It was sounding so pure and amazing, but the ornaments distract from it.
Damn, this did so much good to my soul!
Zo mooi en helder gespeeld!
His interpretation of this and Gidon Kramer’s are my fav
Come back to Hellas Mr. Kavakos!!! Your people need your music more than ever. Ευχαριστούμε!!!!!
He was in Athens in May. Where you've been?
He never left. He just has to travel like all great soloists! He is amazing!
Lindo!!!! ...Bela execução.
Love his tone
Lovely!
That sound... Beautiful
Brilliant Kavakos
La mejor interpretación
So Nice Violinist! Soo Good Bach playing! Best Stradivari 1734 the Willemotte and the Abergavenny Stradivari
The Abergavenny served him better. It has a stronger projection. This needs the perfect hall. Great in Chicago Symphony Hall. Not so in Carnegie
Wonderful !! 👌👋👋👋👋👋
Wow that is good
*when your doing a duet and your partner doesn’t show up*
0:50 why do I hear 2 violins. But it's one. @.@
I’m kinda late but it’s double stops
He seems to have a new shoulder rest. Its the Pirastro model 2
UAU
@Tsun Sun LI lol
OH MY GOD...
IT´S BACH
2:12 opens the heaven gate's
Adding some extra notes and staccato. It's his interpretation.
После такого оркестр просто захотел умереть. Чтоб проснуться в этом мире Скрипача

As brilliant and poetic Kavakos (and dozens of other fiddle players out there) may be, next to Heifetz, they still sound like conservatory students.
Where have you been? Gingold who was very familiar with Heifetz's playing (and Milstein's and Oistrakh's etc) thought Kavakos was doctoring his audition tapes because he thought the playing was impossible for a human. Out of this world! He took the tapes to a lab to be analyzed and he was told they were undoctored.
kavakos has the fastest mental speed in violin tham any outher musician. When he played paganini he said he has holding back because it would be so quick taht the notes woulden be audible by people.
Maybe this is the problem, he cant release because if he do this it will be much more quicker
