I've only been to catholic church a few times in my youth and there was little/none music....and certainly not when the priest was talking. Am I confused if I hear Whitney Houston and James Taylor when hearing those chord progressions? I've studied music and arrangements at university in Montreal but, despite my education, this is still mysterious to me. Those 2/5 and tritone subs obviously were familliar but many of these modulations blind-sided me. Again thank you.
