Yes it's absolutely correct if you connected it to central oxygen ,fio2 will be change with respect to flow in the inversely proportional due to air blender mixer present in the machine But if it is not connected to central line of oxygen fio2 will not change with flow

When, we connect AIRVO with oxygenmeter (5L/min or 5 L/ min or so on), then flow FiO2 of AIRVO will be inversely proportional to FiO2, Right ?
