Indication and timing is very important. You have to observe the baby for subtle signs of deterioration. Make sure that your humidifier is working properly.
Is It Right that In HHHFNC, FiO2 is inversely proportional to Flow? If we want to increase FiO2 ==> We will have to increase Oxygen flow, that will decrease Flow. So, we also have to increase Flow
It gets automatically adjusted. You need very high flow of oxygen to adjust FiO2. Many times you need special flow meter to deliver such high flow of oxygen.
