Some suggestions: 1. do not put the cymbals so loud in the chorus on Verse 1. 2. Have the lead guitar echo the backing voice in Verse 1. 3. Remove the backing vocals in Verse 1. 3 Have another guitar solo in the last repeat of the chorus all the way to the end (as was in Let It Be from The Beatles) 4 Have Bob Rock produce this with BA. Opinion. The studio 🎙 version was recorded in a high key for Joe Cocker. I thought too high. 🙄 I prefer the live version over the studio version: the lower key gave more room for him to play around with improvised lines. RIP Joe Cocker, 2014, which was 30 years after the release of the song and the movie. 🙏
