मैम एक पेशेन्ट हैं उनका hg 5.8g/dl , hвα2 = 1.6 , hвf=2.3 , hвα=87 हैं , और उनके hplc रिपोर्ट में अल्फा थैलेसीमिया लिखा हुआ हैं और उनके माता पिता का hplc रिपोर्ट में कोई थैलीसीमिया नही हैं , कैसा कैसे हों सकता है, थैलीसीमिया अनुवाशिंक बीमारी हैं , फैमिली बहोत टेंशन में हैं कृपया रिप्लाई😢
