Maintenance fees too high, furthermore since when is Maintenance based on the size of the property. Maintenance fees is for communal areas.

No swimming pool not for me. Get your money up and head to the North Coast that's the place to be.

I would not live where im not content. I'm in Canada and very content. I would only visit other countries including Jamaica.
