It’s been 6yrs for me, losing friends, stagnant life, barely minimum to no progress in career and money, lying in bed all day, crying episodes, loneliness, shame, humiliation, so many failures, anger, fights, isolation etc which are all my shadow which I refused for a long time in fact hated.
