Mr. Payne is a grown man who threatened an 11 year old child. He had a smirk on his face the whole time and disparaged the veracity of the hospital bill claiming the plaintiff wanted money to pay off other debts. He admitted that he knew those were firecrackers and not actual gunfire. He said that he saw the child in his yard, yet the child says that he did not do it. Does serving in the military absolve him of being a liar ? It is his word against the child's word. I love Judge Hachett; and trust her judgement. Hopefully, the next person Mr. Payne threatens is of comparable age and size and knows how to deal with bullies like him.
The mother is very entitled the man has a sign that literally says that he has PTSD if he hears inside his stuff it triggers him so of course he would react the way he is he has a mental disorder, so these people are being very entitled. They literally he literally has a sign that says that he has he has the 19th do you know the fireworks in in his front yard but those boys literally what is triggering him in the mother is making excuses for her son

I don't believe her son's chin was "drenching" in blood, or that the defendant threatened him, her son is a POS and his mother knows it. If she's covering for him when he's 11, she'll be covering for him when he's 21🤷♀
