Oasis Trailer-Park Series - episode 3 (part one of two)
In this episode, we visit the story of the Landgraabs and Johnny Zest (did you know he is actually their son?).
Part 2 will show the rest of the build, as well as the rest of the Johnny Zest saga.

💡Tip: To play with multiple households on this (or any) lot, you can either lock/unlock the doors for each occupant according to where you want them to "live," or you can get roommates with the roommates system in game, and do the same with locking doors. (Lock the doors on your sim's home to keep the others from entering, and vice versa).
🌎World: I built this on the Oasis Springs park lot, after changing the lot type from Park to Residential.

Sul sul y'all! This is part one of two. I hope to have the 2nd part up next Monday, so I hope you come back and watch! I gravitate towards these kinds of homes, I think, because they're so nostalgic to me. Growing up, we lived in a small suburban place, but nearly every member of the rest of both sides of the families lived in various types of mobile homes and/or communities. Many of them still live there, or their kids grew up and stayed in the same park. I have great memories of just huge park picnics, playing on the playground with every kid in the park, etc. Along with mobile homes, I all but grew up in diners of one sort or another. My "Nanny" (grandmother), spent everyday hanging in a diner, a truck stop, a laundry-mat, or the hair salon, and she always took me with her. That would be a great name! LOL I plan to place each of the trailers on a lot separately as well, and I just might use that for the name of that one!

Loving the storyline so far. The builds are iconic I was raised from an early age in a typical trailer park community. One thing was never lacking people to talk to, kids playing, and a group of people always watching out for each other. Oh, and the friendly landlord that not only made sure rent was paid, but answered all maintenance calls. Things were great, money was tight, but there was always someone cooking somewhere.

Thank you for sharing! I lived in one for a short time, but had lots of family that still live in great communities like this one. I think I gravitate to these kinds of builds because of just really great memories of communities like this, and memories with family over my lifetime. I also have a strong affinity for old diners. Definitely going to build one of those for the save as well.
