I find the list a lot more convenient but the organization is better with this mod. A solid addition to zomboid. I dislike the clothing UI though.

I can't see my clothes equipped on. Do you know how to view them?

It is likely to be hidden, you can try to find a small button on the left side of your inventory to make the equipment window appear again
