Question on my 16 explorer on the usb hub it also has SD Card when I unplug wires on back and plug into new usb hub there is an extra plug/wire which went to Sd card what do I do with that plug just leave it because there is no where to plug it on new hub

No this will work with that camera with no cutting or splicing required. Any feature that already is already present will be retained without any additional programming needed.

It's likely that this Explorer used for the upgrade was a base model, and may not have had a back-up camera. So we likely installed an aftermarket license plate camera that does not have moving guidelines prior to shooting this video to show how the camera looks in the 8" display. We don't carry an OEM style camera for the Ford Explorer that would have the moving guidelines unfortunately.

My bezel is touch sensitive, not physical buttons, will there be anything differences or will it all work the same as SYNC 2? The funny thing is this system is plug and play. They charge u hundreds to “program” it when I just got mine from a junk yard and it didn’t need any programming whatsoever so ever. It’s a scam just go to ur junk yard and get the screen for $100

I did the update, but my nav has the star icon instead of the arrowhead icon shown in the video. Is that okay, or is something wrong?
