I love your work Sora. A hot water soak with a bit of olive oil really works well for me - and super less painful.

I can’t get this to work to save my LIFEEEEE!! Yes I’m prepping, removing dust buffing the nail etc and they just pop off after an hour

You’re lucky lmao. I can’t get mine to come off with a chisel and hammer lmao. I stopped using it.

@@nailsbystephanie0826 I’d rather have that issue lol. It’s my first time trying peel off base and the lifting I get is horrid. I’ve been doing my own nails for years and never had this issue. Idk what I’m doing wrong

The glove trick is great! You can still do things & the warmth makes the soak go faster. I❤this! Nice job! The Ohora remover for gel straps works & the Full Beauty AD-1 debonder works as well. The Ohora comes in a big bottles you have a bunch of uses for removing.

I love the Jello Jello base ...for remover I also use the Makarrt glue remover with it instead of the one kill if I run out. I find it works faster and better!

Jello Jello definitely works best on natural nails. It does last a lot longer directly on natural nails rather than on a base (contrary to manufacturer's instructions). The One Kill needs time to work, so dont rush the renoval process. Let the liquid work its magic and there should be pretty much no effort. And the orange stick is gentler on the natural nails, too.
7:01 that does look like pterygium... 😬

Yes, definitely works better on natural nails. But no, that's not Pterygium I'm scraping. It's the remaining gel from my previous set 🥰

@@nailsbystephanie0826 I've found that waiting around 10-15 minutes for the One Killer Remover is good enough to not have to pry anything off (which takes natural layers with it). I apply and watch videos 😅

I use a nickel size drop of coconut oil and a teaspoon of tumeric and a toothbrush to brush my nails and just like teeth it will whiten your nails. Or the Crest whitening toothpaste.. And brush my nails for about 5 minutes and it works good to . I'm a smoker so they get yellow.

Did I say something about the color of my nails? I honestly don’t remember. I’m not a smoker - just the color of my nails and it’s not that important to me. They’re covered up anyway lol. But thanks.

I personally don't like using peel off base coat gel. I prefer on my natural nails a light coating of builder gel then use water-based peel base like Unt. I'll proceed with my gel manicure thereafter. There is a chance that it will chip within a week's time. This is fine with me since I like to do a 🎉manicure design at least once a week.

Yeah I’m having a lot of trouble with the Jello Jello now, not being able to remove as easily. I have the UNT but I’ve never used it. Thinking of giving it a try in an upcoming manicure! 💅

I sooo LOVE the Jello Jello system!!!
I only wish the younger kiddos, would learn how the product works & understands that most tutorial videos are sped up and that you can’t pry off their enhancements in only 4 seconds 😮
Please wait the 15-20 minutes. Also you don’t need to use half the bottle on each nail. It’s sad how destroyed their natural nails are 😞

I am enjoying it, but I'm finding a glass cuticle pusher works better than an orange wood stick; it's just too blunt to get up underneath the edge of the cuticle when you first start.

Hi Sora! Two things, you mentioned in your video, about Jello being sold out on Zilla. I always get it on Etsy, with free shipping & the cost is the same!
With all the Korean people I follow, I’d learned to use only a small amount around the cuticles & wait a few minutes. Then with the pointed end of the orange wood stick, I poke a small opening & then add another small amount of the oil into the opened gap and wait 10-15 minutes.
      Hope this helps 😊

@debid.7072 thanks! I’m a zilla+ member so I get a 30% discount 😁. Last I checked it was back in stock but I’m hoping not to need to buy it again so soon. lol. Thanks for the procedure tip!!!!

Lucky You, having that great discount!
Since I’m in NJ, I’d love to do a road trip to Zilla and check it out.
      Have you been there yet?

@debid.7072 I have! It’s great but make a list of things you want before you go because it can be overwhelming to see everything in front of you.
