Emerald Princess Full Panama Canal Transit Timelapse Community Post | Solo Travel Vlog

Hello Travelers,
In August of 2023, I did my first full transit of the Panama Canal with Princess cruises. It was a 19 day cruise, the longest I had been on to date.
Here is the full Panama Canal (Eastbound) transit Timelapse that I recorded on my trip. It has been a bucket list item for me to do this cruise, and I really wanted the full transit, not just the partial ones some cruise lines offer. This was my chance to make that dream come true.
I hope you enjoy the Timelapse, it is obviously sped up to fit all 11+ hours into less than 30 minutes. But it does show you all the steps in the experience. I had an aft balcony cabin, and it gave me an excellent vantage point to film this.

I was really enjoying the aft balcony I booked. I just set up the timelapse there and let it run, replacing batteries as needed. It was great having at ability to just watch it at leisure in comfort. I'm glad it brought back good memories. The canal was a bucket list cruise for me, for sure.
