Good video. I think 90% of projects in Greater Noida West are not value for money. There were good options till last year, but with prices going crazy, these are not good buy options from an end user perspective.

This project is nowhere luxury or even premium in terms of available facilities or open space, even it is surrounded by too much dense affordable societies, like nirala and chipiyana bujurg village. Its price growth will be very less in future in terms of project in sports city and sector 10 and 11. As this project is too small and doesn't even have apne open space. I am into real-estate and have all on ground knowledge. 2 lift per 6/8 flat ko ab affordable boltey hain. If you are paying anything above 8-9k persqft at present you deserve much better amenities.
