He got super lucky, the suspension travel is impressive on that dually, eased the stress on the frame.
Hey chic how did he do that one van Damme movies
Your tow truck looks like a spaceship with all those interior lights! 🤣
Man if I ever end up in a situation like this.. I hope I have a true professional tow truck driver like this to help out. Very calm and collected. Good shit bro!!
Thank You!
With a lil common sense u wouldnt end up like that😂. Dumb@ss Ram drivers always speeding, driving drunk, rollin' coal, & Ramming into 💩. Sick & tired of them.
Tow truck driver is excluded. His ram is commercial chasis 4500 series.🤣
Hk

My son drives tow truck as well. When you said you can't wait to get your flat bed back it reminded me of him saying the same thing while his was in the shop for repairs after he hit a deer on the interstate. Be safe out there.
Dustin that was a great recovery. Be safe out there.
Thank You!
What a wonderful Blessing you have to be able to help someone in a scary situation. God Bless you.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️
The new frame flex test.....this one is good guys 😅
He found out quick there is no ditch mode on the truck, lol.
It's amazing how some people will blow throw an accident scene without slowing down! "Let's be careful out there, Everyone!"
With that much weight in the ditch, I definitely would have put a snatch block at the truck. That's a 3/8 line, I imagine? I was a bit worried... But I guess everything's on your flatbed?
Job is done, no one's hurt, and nothing broke. Always the best end to any day. That was a good move pulling the back down, too, get the nose lifted up a little.
Very nice work, as always.
Definitely not how I wanted to do it, but this truck is pretty under-equipped, and most of the stuff on it is what I took out of my flatbed.
I’ll be so glad to be back in my truck where I have all my equipment again.
@@Towtruck_Dustin I definitely understand that. My wrecker was down for a while, was running flatbeds for two months. I'm so accustomed to my own equipment, where it all is, and what it can do. Definitely feels weird running "the spare truck."
Alot of people dont realize how dangerous this is ,there has been many people killed by a cable that breaks and hits them causing death you have to think about all this you dont just pull up and drag a vehicle out of a bad situation, yeah its pretty scary to say the least, very well done stay safe and god bless
Thank You!
I had an 18 wheeler up on right side tires pulling with two cables all blocked by State patrol on both ends. Some crazy woman with kids in a minivan cam screaming around the cops straight at my cables. I had to drop the cables just before she ran over them. It surely would have cut the top clean off that minivan. Not sure what happened to the kids but she had free room and board . One dumb woman.
Great job, Dustin. But we should always remember check and verify! 😊
Lol, did you hear anyone driving by yell out ( hey you can't park there ) 🤣
Mr Dustin Nice recovery. Thanks for sharing and stay safe.
Thanks for watching!!
I think he’ll be glad when he gets his flatbed back.
Definitely. I hate feeling under equipped.
Don’t understand how he got in that situation but he was lucky to have a pro like you to help him out.
Thank You!
maybe a little 🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻 of this or his Mistress was riding his lap LOL all jokes aside Dustin did a really nice recovery
The wife telling him how to drive makes us nervous
@@jimmycline4778 cheers for that one ..... oh god maybe is my wife cousin.....🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Some people are just too old to drive.
A solid professional, and very nice to witness.
Thank You!
My dang gum pick up fell off the road.
Some people don't like running boards on their pickups, but in that situation, they would of helped in rocker panel damage.
Nooe would have folded them up
That was a REALLY nice Dodge. To bad it got its feathers ruffled. I bet old boy fixed it like it never happened though.
Great morning to start working 😊
I just love how u do your job men. U drive that big flat bed truck like it's nothing 😂 and the other tow truck keep up the great work men,🤟
Thank You!
I've never see a single white light on the side for a police car before, that is very unique
My step grandfather has a dually like this bit it is an older model but not too old. He uses it when ever he has to tow something heavy because he will do odd jobs for neighbors. He had a chevy pick up that was his everyday vehicle but ended up wrecking it a few weeks ago.
That truck should have at least 2 or 3 snatch blocks plus a set of steel wheel chocks if you are going to do any police wpork.
Don't know how he could of gotten his truck in that predicament, but glad they were ok. Great job getting them out.
Thank You!
@@Towtruck_Dustin U welcome
well i always say its hard to stop a RAM but.....LOL!!!! I been stuck and pulled out a few times loaded with trailer but never like this this young man was spot on good job thanks for what you do!
Thank You!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Awesome recovery as always Dustin ... I'd love to see you get a small Rotator
Thank You!
@@Towtruck_Dustinwhats a rotation
hey ray , im also learning to do more stuff on y own seeing your videos , which are interesting and teach mme a lot , thanks , RAY , keep up the good work,
Glad you’re able to learn something from my videos!
You can't park there🤣😂😅....... I was just waiting for someone to say that😀
Lucky it didn't twist the frame on that one...
That first cop had a dope ass mustache
I’ll pass that along next time I see him 😂
Always excitement in “Big D”🤣
I hope you get the flatbed back soon.
Great Recovery🏁
Thank You!
@@Towtruck_DustinI almost forgot +22.2K subs 🎉
Thanks!!
Now I know why Adam's channel is "Wrecked and Recovery"
@@williammitchell4417 ok
Nice twin line, I always like an independent wheellift though. I've got a LWB '96 Ford F-350 SD 4WD with a manual trans. by Weld Built. It's a monster for doing recovery work. Probably paid for itself 10x over by now.
I plan on finding me an OBS Ford wrecker for an off-road rig in the near future. I love those trucks.
@@Owen-js9cx Aloha snackbar to you.
@@genefogarty5395 when I saw OP favorited your comment I lol'd. Glory to the almighty snack bar! Which is Hawaiian themed for some reason 😮
@@skrimper Didn't see it until now, no disrespect, I just can't take organized religion seriously. I meet with my maker whenever I'm alone and hiking, camping or fishing, I don't need to go to a building to talk to whoever it is that made this big blue ball of beautiful insanity. AND I've never been asked for money during our conversations! Lmao.
I would rather have a boom independent of the wheel lift. I do not like the new wreckers today. And I think that I would have another truck on the right front for a lift.
Great job young man. I dig your professionalism, patience and the way you communicated with everyone.
A true professional for sure!
✌🏽🇺🇸🙏
Thank You!
Like how the guy driving wrecked truck knows how to recover a vehicle.....😅🙄.
Nice job. You are very professional and deal great with people. Thanks for sharing on here.
Thank You!
Way to go, justen but got hit on the expressway. I know have a hard time waking 😢
This kid has got a lot to learn.
😮
But I'm sure you were born knowing everything already, and now you are the king of all humanly knowledge. FO
Years ago I went shopping for a 4wd pick up for my work. I went to Ford, GM and Dodge. I was shocked by what every sales person advised.
They all quizzed me as to the type and nature of my driving requirements. I told how I used my truck in my job.
They told me that for the number of days I would actually benefit from a 4x4, verses the added expenses in fuel, maintenance and repair costs, I would be better off calling in sick on those few days and buying a two wheel drive. I was disappointed, but couldn't get over their candor.
I driven both over the years, but I'd have to say that two wheel drive pick ups have served millions of people well across the decades, so they are far from useless. Maybe it all depends on the operator.
They definitely have their place. Like anything else, they serve their own purpose.
2:11. You got to look out after yourself too--and how popular you'll be, online.
Great job Dustin. Admire your professionalism ! Hope you get your own truck back soon :-)
Thank You!
@@Towtruck_Dustin LOL, at first by the title I thought your winch quit on you during the job. I was thinking "How is he going to 'Macgyver' his way out of this."
As for the snatch block, doesn't that rig have compartments on BOTH sides? Maybe it's in the passenger side compartment?
Good news is this truck has two winches, so I’d have to lose hydraulics to be totally screwed lol
As for the snatch block, I’m pretty sure this truck just doesn’t have a snatch block other than the one i took off my flatbed. I’ve looked everywhere.
Morning how are y'all been thinking and praying for y'all it's a crazy world stay strong safe we still supporting y'all from our Oklahoma fam to y'all's keep it rollen boss
Thank You!
Excellent!
Thank You!
Great job Dustin, big fan of your work
Thank You!
The most important shot he desides to move the camera
Glad I fast forward .
Thank You!
If it were me, I'd have popped a clevis on that endless loop and hooked the winch to the clevis. I suppose it probably doesn't matter much in this case, though, and it is extra work. Nice, professional job, either way.
Amazing piece of work! Great job! Glad I found your channel!
Thank You! Glad you’re enjoying the content!
@@Towtruck_Dustin I will be watching your channel for the long term!
great recovery
Thank You!
A good winchout requires a knowledge of mathematics. Geometry, weights and measures ,dead reckoning and the art of estimations and nothing beats EXPERIENCE. The first year towing is when you learn what NOT to do. Because when you 100 miles from home its just you out there to save someones life . People love their 2nd most expensive purrchase next to their home. When it breaks ,its life altering.
I was really good. ❤
Awesome job keep the videos coming
Thank You!
very calm guy excellent recovery
Thank You!
Looks like he zigged when he should have zagged.
Outstanding job, well done!!!
Thank You!
Nothing worse than being in some else’s truck not knowing where he keeps his equipment. Good job 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Thank You!
Excellent job man. Well done.
Thank You!
Damn son, what a nice job you do!
If you run into a situation without a snatch block....run your cables under your dolly hook
Yeah no. I like keeping my line in one piece. Lol
Great rescue with less than ideal equipment. BTW, please use something other than that head-mount camera. We were woozy by halfway into the video. Thank you for the good work you do.
That’s the best option I have.
I can’t have a full camera crew on an active accident scene, and chest rigs don’t put out the quality of content I want.
Great job Dustin, extremely professional
Thank You!
wow NICE Dodge Ram 3500 truck !
Cool police lights on your truck!
Thank You!
@Owen-js9cx no I go to my church in Louisville ky 40207
I find it very interesting because i am a former wrecker operator.
Excellent work ❤
Thank You!
Looks like Ron Carter will be seeing that guy soon!
Nice looking tow truck with cool light bar
Thank You!
Real life never anticipate customer interaction in case of a lawsuit! Always put on the emergency brake in case of runaway! You are the crew chief in a serious situation that can be deadly, check and Ensure for yourself as an recovering operator usually is! Make sure the vehicle is in neutral and the emergency brake is on and working. How do I know I have read countless tow truck operators who have lost their livelihoods
You always have the right solution!
Thank You!
Wow how did that guy end up in that position? Must’ve missed the turn or something… nice job on that recovery with the truck being so dang heavy! New subscriber here!
Thanks for the sub!
From what I was told, he was looking at a house fire that was going on near by and went too wide on the turn.
@@Towtruck_Dustin dang ADHD ass rubberneckers
John 3:16 ‼️Says it all ✝️🇺🇸
Ah I see you have a Unication pager I got one too
That tow truck was struggling lmao
How was it struggling? It did everything perfectly. That’s not something you do very fast.
True professional great job!
Thank You!
This was very interesting! Thanks!
Glad you’re enjoying the content!
Good job Dustin!
Thank You!
Nicely done.
Thank You!
I don't know what happened I dropped into a ditch and all the emissions crap fell off. That would be my story.
Right 😂😂
Looks like same ditch you pulled truck out yesterday
Every time he says flatbed take a drink
I’ll drink a Dr. Pepper to that lol
He is nice guy. 😊
FIAT DOWN! We have a FIAT DOWN!
😂😂😂😂
😅😅😅
Where are you located
That was an amazing job.
Thank You!
Nice parking
And You know if Ran Cable under the Wheel-Lift...You could Winch as Low as 3-4 inches!!!...and Barely Scuff any Paint💪👍
And destroy your winch cable.
No thanks, I’ll do things the right way.
Great job
Thank You!
You need a Bluetooth headset for your phone. Like a blueparrot or open running pro shokz Both of the Bluetooth is fantastic. A drowned out the back Ground noise where people can't hear it
I plan on trying to get a mic setup in the near future.
Great great job out there
Thank You!
That was an interesting one.
Very.
Howwwwww!?!? 😂😅… Great Recovery Dustin lol
Thank You!
Cool!
You may be the most professional tow truck driver I’ve ever seen. I was LEO for 17 years and they always seemed to show up aggravated. Hats off to you sir. Outstanding attitude and work ethic.
Thank You!
That means a lot.
They were always pissed off because they had to get dirty while the boss made all the money.
Great job, just like u knew what to do.
Thank You!
Well Done Young Man Well Done!!!
Thank You!
@Towtruck_Dustin I'm A Semi Driver have been for Years!! I'm not only Amazed by Your Skills but Appreciate them as well. Saved My Butt a few Times. Thank You Be Safe. 4 Wheelers and Semi Drivers are Idiots driving by You Guys at Work.
@@Owen-js9cx kMA
Just me because I've been through recovery for 40 years, I'm almost thinking from the front Tire strap the front wheel and slowly backing out with the emergency brake parsley on. Simply because I don't want to twist the frame of the truck any more than it needs to be, for me this should be a straight recovery where the owner gets to drive it away
The drove it away, and there was hardly any stress on it. It wasn’t stuck on anything. The best think to do there was to bring it away from the tipping point.
Before he starts I would pull it from the right side
I hate when i have to drive someone elses truck too you always have to guess where they put their stuff
Hope you get your own soon
Won’t be much longer lol
Good job
Thank You!
what colors are your lightbars on your roof ? hard to tell on camera but looks neat
Red and blue on the rear, amber in the front.
If they were to give Reward points for slownesses this tow truck driver would win.he is the slowest guy I ever seen
😂😂😂 Thank You!
