Nice one. I did the same conversion for Cedric on my set mod. Went a different way with Gabrielle to be more film accurate and solved the Cho problem but having her and Cedric already out of the water. That triple build certainly looks impressive, have a sherbet lemon as a reward!

I just switched out one of the flesh coloured components of the Porky Pig legs with another random figure who had that same component but in grey. And yeah the prints were rubbed off with some sand paper :)
Sherbet lemon- First off, great job- plus the Cho skin tone was only recently fixed & I think that hermiones face looks fine in this- 2- I noticed they put the darker blue baseplates on PAB online, but they’re stupidly overpriced (as is all of it) but 3. This is my problem with lego lately, for at least the past few years- especially w HP lego sets- they give you just enough- charge you too much- and then essentially if you want it to be more accurate- you need to go out and get more sets or parts at least to make it accurate. Could they maybe just make one complete set that has playability and display ability UNDER $400? Ugh. Great job though. I just picked this set up- now I feel like I need 2 more lol

Fantastic!!! Absolutely love this. Its a shame Lego don't make the sets we deserve, but its ok.. it gives us the chance to play around with designs rather than just build and display!!
I could not believe the price of this set for what we got. It was extremely underwhelming. Maybe if it ever goes on clearance at a really good price I will pick up a couple more to expand the scene much like yourself.

There's an actual minifigure of 2nd task Cedric already (in 2024 book) but it costs around 25 bucks.

I think you improved the Cho Chang minifigure alot, because Lego’s Cho Chang was pretty inaccurate from the beginning.

Did you know using toothpaste also works to remove printing? It doesnt damage the piece you just put it on a rag and start rubbing
I dont think you need to use sandpaper to remove prints. I believe I've seen people use a regular pencil eraser to remove prints from minifigs

Looks fantastic! Just wondering how you got the porky pig legs to be grey coloured for Fleur? Was that sandpaper as well?
