Was the prophet in Amsterdam necessary? Wouldn't an inquisitor be enough? Cool thing nevertheless, is that the only way to remove the holy city status?
@@generalginyu8594 I don't want to be rude, but that's contradictory: At 14:05, he uses his great prophet to clear the holy city status. No inquisitors were used and he could have instead planted the prophet and bought an inquisitor - that is what I'm suggesting anyway. Would that have worked?
Inquisitors will remove holy city status- it can eventually pressure back but it does allow city raze if not holy city in capital. Filthyrobot used prophet once already to convert first city captured instead of holy site.
I came to notice how cool Amsterdam looks with the bridges going out of the city. It looks like a fortress with a moat and 2 citadels around the city

Yes, me!
Ahh the original liberty strategy, by taking tradition players' actually good cities
What type of farm is that???? 5 Food 1 Hammer 3 Gold - looks like flood plains.24:06
It's a polder, and it is on flood plains, it's the Netherland's unique improvement, can only be built on flood plains and marsh.

Yes, you can only remove the Holy City status with an Inquisitor.

-4 happiness from capturing a 20 size capital? What version of the game is this?
Probably had the notre dam
He had Notre Dame for 10 happiness against the capture penalty.
@@JasonVaysberg not Notre Dame but Chichen Itza, circus, pagoda, copper and +1 for city connection (liberty).
@@JasonVaysberg oh and +1 for shrine from his religion since he converted it with a prophet as soon as it was captured.
@@lincolntravelconcierge4846 I’d have to look back at this game lol but I’ll take your word for it!
