Nice property, but for 7M i could have several VERY nice properties around the world, and have money left over to visit them. I dont see the advantage of this kind of property in Alberta....no skiing, no water, not a large amount of land to explore...i just dont see the point.

It a gorgeous house and there's nothing wrong with living in Alberta. Alberta is beautiful province in Canada that is rich in biological diversity and landscaping. It is a friendly place to live

The County of Warner is south of Lethbridge. Not often, but sometimes I've heard Lethbridge referred to as L.A.
