Hard to believe on how Jack fights an Evil entity that's not affiliated with Aku. And probably more Evil than him. What kind of creature was that and what would have happened if it escape from the haunted house?
JnR 211001 that brings up an interesting question: is it more evil to spread death and destruction to the world or keep it contained to a single household and prolong the suffering as long as possible? It’s like comparing Hitler or Stalin to an abusive parent or spouse. Aku is an evil tyrant who destroys anything that gets in his way but the suffering is impersonal to him and he actually doesn’t care about his subjects. This spirit targeted a single family and made their lives a living hell but he spares the rest of the world because one family’s suffering satisfies his desires.
Something just dawn on me,if this demon has no relation to aku,or is not caused by aku,doesn't this mean that, Jack going back in time and undoing the future will also undo this creatures defeat? If that is the case this family might be doomed to fall to this demon again, with no jack to save them this time.
Wait just a minute this thing wasn't alis minion or something he caused does that mean this kind of shit just naturally occurs also this thing definitely seems more dangerous then aku himself

Definitely the creepiest episode in the series, mainly due to the fact that for once, the evil which possessed this house was NOT of Aku's doing...

I think that little girl ended up being the one to direct Ashi towards Samurai Jack in S8E5. You never see her face but the eyes match.
