Good list. I always thought the Mickey/Lucy love story was classic soap opera and probably Tilton's best showcase on Dallas. The scene where she confronted Sue Ellen was really strong, too. After this story, they really didn't know what to do with Lucy. I always enjoyed her taking jabs at JR.
Which is a shame. There were opportunites never explored. Right before she returned to the series, I read in the National Enquirer, that Lucy was going to work at Ewing Oil. I thought that sounded promising and looked forward to it. I was disappointed when that did not happen. So either The National Enquirer had it wrong or the writers dropped the idea which is a shame.
I always liked the Lucy scene where she confronted Sue Ellen in the Hospital & layed her out in lavender for driving drunk when the "accident" that paralyzed Mickey Trotter- before it was known of the Walt Driscoll involvement. The '82/'83 Lucy & Mickey storyline were my favorite Charlene Tilton moments. R I P Timothy Patrick Murphy (1959-1988)
Maybe I missed it in this video, but Lucy once chastised Sue Ellen about being distant from baby John Ross, and that John Ross would learn from cousin Lucy how to survive in the family. That seemed to be what finally prompted Sue Ellen to actually pick up John Ross.
The ironic part of #3 is that in the previous scene, Val tried to slap JR for offering her money but he stopped her. Her daughter ended up finishing the job - LOL! Watching some of her older scenes, I would have loved to see her deal with Abby. That would have been HILARIOUS.
@@radrobd123Donna Mills Abby Cunningham Ewing and Linda grey Sue Ellen Shepard Ewing would have had great chemistry and good sassy notes comparison to jr's concern.
Lucy may have been a spoiled brat at times, but she could shine and scheme with the best of them when needed. They never used her character to it's full potential. She could have been a powerhouse if they would have let her. Her scrapping with JR was always a fun time...Mitch was a bore..she needed someone more fiesty..wish I would have been old enough to write for the show back then.. Thanks for the vid..and thanks to Charlene Tilton...great job. I remember seeing her in a commercial before Dallas stardom where she was doing a blow dryer advertisement with that beautiful hair of hers..love that long blonde hair..
#2 scene...that whole story arc was decades ahead of its time. Lucy became a grown woman that day, in my opinion, by refusing to marry Kit Mainwaring knowing he couldn't love her (although she loved him). Kudos to her. Also, the scene after with her and Bobby was amazing. I saw an interview with Charlene Tilton and she said she and Patrick Duffy got it in one take, and their camera crew were in tears. #3 scene..JR deserved that slap and more!
I remember a sexy picture of Charlene Tilton on the cover of US magazine back in the early 80s. My friends and myself thought it was Cheryl Ladd on the cover of US magazine. That magazine sold a lot of copies that week according to the very happy salesman at the newstand.
I don’t know what was creepier…..Ray getting it on with a minor. Or the fact that he was actually related to Lucy. (which of course he didn’t know at the time.) This storyline quietly disappeared after season one.
Number 9 is my favorite. I definitely agree with both Lucy and Sue Ellen. If Kristin were still alive at that time she would be the perfect choice to shoot JR.
Is it me but my favorite moment was Lucy in the Red Bikini making small talk with Ray Krebs and JR comes on the scene . Dont know how it didn't make the list
I really have to wonder how lucy felt when she found out all those times she was messing around with ray in the hay loft she was sleeping with her uncle. kinda sick isn't it.
I was always wondering why they didn't give Lucy deeper dirtier story lines. she coulda been a real unique character. Unfortunately she never seemed to be top tier storyline while all of the other regulars had deep long storyline. Always felt like they struggled to write for Lucy. She was so adorable and sexy AF.
I didn't know Charlene could sing! They really missed the boat not having her move to Knots Landing and become a singer for Kenny's record label. Lucy, CeeGee and Diana Fairgate could have been rivals for Chip Roberts.
Number 9 is my personal favorite. Sue Ellen shot JR several times and missed. Sue Ellen late sister Kristin had a perfect aim at shooting JR. Lucy who had the same hairstyle as Kristin probably would have a better chance of shooting him.
WOW no wonder my generation has such a screwed up body image. My mother and her sister would constantly comment on how big this beautiful lady was as if she was huge!!!!! Looking back now this Lady is truly stunning and tiny. My mother and her sister had figures like Cher but I was more like Lucy so it's crazy for me to see this.
And excuse me I wrote a letter about women of the eighties putting me in in check I didn't know about Lucy punching Jr., I am so terribly sorry about that!!!!!! Hm Jr.
I always liked Lucy.. I feel like they could have done more with her character
I agree there were a lot of missed opportunities with Lucy never explored.
She is too short. She and Tom Cruise are what the DSM-V classifies as "Borderline Midget Shrimps" from a legal perspective.
Lucy was fearless! I always loved Charlene Tilton! And Lucy was the epitome of VIXEN!!❤❤

R I P Timothy Patrick Murphy
(1959-1988)
That scene should be on this list
Nice message, TP Murphy was a truly good actor. Thanks for your feedback. Toni
Lucy could have done better than Mitch Cooper and his annoying nonsense. Even his sister Afton once told him off.
Charlene! Wayyyy, underutilized. Thank YOU for the uploads!
She was so pretty
this was one of my all time favorite shows I've even went out to southfork twice what a thrill.
When Lucy slaps JR love how Pam has a look on her face of "you're lucky that's not me slapping you!"
Good list. I also like the one where a drunk Lucy gets it right about Sue Ellen and Peter Richards.
Maybe I missed it in this video, but Lucy once chastised Sue Ellen about being distant from baby John Ross, and that John Ross would learn from cousin Lucy how to survive in the family. That seemed to be what finally prompted Sue Ellen to actually pick up John Ross.
Yes I loved that scene. A rare instance of Lucy being helpful.
She was so pretty to me back then.

Yeah too bad we never saw that. The one time Lucy visited Knots Landing, Abby hadn't arrived in town yet. And Donna Mills never appeared on Dallas
@@radrobd123Donna Mills Abby Cunningham Ewing and Linda grey Sue Ellen Shepard Ewing would have had great chemistry and good sassy notes comparison to jr's concern.
I'd set the hayloft on fire with luscious little Lucy Ewing!❤
Excellent ❤
Thank you! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for liking Dom!! More videos coming soon! Toni www.supersoaps.org
I wish they did more with Lucy
I liked Lucy in the beginning when she was a little vixen.
She was better as JR junior.
She was fun to watch but I loved her growth
Lucy may have been a spoiled brat at times, but she could shine and scheme with the best of them when needed.
They never used her character to it's full potential. She could have been a powerhouse if they would have let her.

Lucy was definitely the poor, little, rich girl. Always enjoyed her character on the show.
Loved Lucy in Dallas, especially when she sparred with JR
Lucy is a unique character in our right, as well as that of her own family!
Dallas had some beauties on its show you have to take a second look at them!!!!

#3 scene..JR deserved that slap and more!
Got in to it you mean in an argumentive rather way during the crew members filming their scenes while on camera 📸?
@@robertscott8344 .No. They did the scene in one take.
So beautiful she is z
She's as pretty as they come
My favorite scene with Lucy was her very first one. She nailed it. Draped across the back of a sofa.
Lucy could handle going at it with JR, I think deep down he respected her.
Ouch on that slap to J.R. - I felt it !
Barbara Bel Geddes ( Miss Ellie) the best on Dallas 🤎😍
R.P Barbara Bel Geddes 🙏🕯
Charlen Tilton ( Lucy) 😊🥰

This is the first time I've seen the original Kristin since that episode was first shown on TV. Most people just remember Mary Crosby's version.
Jenna Wade was also Morgan Fairchild?
@@f430ferrari5 Yes. I believe I remember her as Jenna.
3:44, whoops. I remember THAT scene and hell, maybe I was only 8-9 years old at the time.
Lucy is a lot of things. :)
I don’t know what was creepier…..Ray getting it on with a minor. Or the fact that he was actually related to Lucy. (which of course he didn’t know at the time.) This storyline quietly disappeared after season one.
16 was the age of consent
Number 9 is my favorite. I definitely agree with both Lucy and Sue Ellen. If Kristin were still alive at that time she would be the perfect choice to shoot JR.
Love you too baby miss you too baby Tony ❤️
Fun fact: DC Fontana, who is credited with writing several of these scenes, was a writer on the original Star Trek tv series.
When Lucy slapped JR, she should have clenched her fist and boxed him flat on his back.
I don’t care what anyone says, I thought Lucy was hot!
Is it me but my favorite moment was Lucy in the Red Bikini making small talk with Ray Krebs and JR comes on the scene . Dont know how it didn't make the list
One when she told Pam when the ewings don't want somebody they ain't got a chance
2:20. Lucy should have saved that question for Kit Mainwaring.
Do you like girls they don't ask that question too whomever doesn't that who bees in the closet 😞.
I really have to wonder how lucy felt when she found out all those times she was messing around with ray in the hay loft she was sleeping with her uncle. kinda sick isn't it.
Wonder how many people were pushed in that pool over the years? Lol
That's 34 thousand dollar 💰💵 question that viewers was worthy of earning if they've gotten it right 👍.

Poor Mitch he got thrown in the fake South Fork pool in California and not the real South Fork pool in Texas. How Sad.
Lucy could have done better than Mitch.
@@LBF522she did actually with a few others.
Que superchilan el yorsai iknaaasiooooo
She slept with her HALF UNCLE.
Yes, but nobody knew at the time Ray was a Ewing. Compared to Game of Thrones, Dallas was Disney-like. Toni
@@supersoapsthat story was botched after Rey identity was revealed as a Ewing that Jock kept sacred from the rest of the family.

half uncle? just uncle
No..half.
Ray had Jock as a father, but not Miss Elle as a mother.
Jock had an indiscretion and fathered Ray.
@@griffgriffith3039an indiscreet love affair should have had miss Ellie was once betrayed by jock but she didn't seem too have much tension.
Lucy was always looking for love in all the wrong places.
And excuse me I wrote a letter about women of the eighties putting me in in check I didn't know about Lucy punching Jr., I am so terribly sorry about that!!!!!! Hm Jr.
She really couldn't act. But she did what she was asked to do.
Charlene tilton 💋💋💋
Even Barbara del geddes ❤️❤️❤️
Lucy is delicious!
Yes she is !!
I LOVE Lucy !! ❤️❤️
