This is powerful. Although I am an expert in trauma release, I never focused on sexual trauma, because I never had one. At least I thought that. What I didn’t had in mind that I inherited one from my mother as intergenerational trauma.
I have different goals at this moment, so I focus my trauma work around money and business, but intuitively I saw that I have to break this inherited sexual trauma, but I had no time for it.

I listen to meditation music daily. This is the first time I put this on, here’s the experience I had:
I was burning my sage a little after 1:20am, I through the ashes out, I put this track on and did a 7 min meditation (it was great). Once I opened my eyes my bathroom trash can was completely on fire. I woke my husband up. Now he’s upset at me and we’re currently trying to get this smoke out of our upstairs. It’s been two hrs. I’m not sure one type of sign that was but this definitely turned the fire up, literally! lol
On a serious note Spirit teaches you lessons prior to them actually happening. I’ve been throwing my sage away for years after burning. This is God telling me to stop doing that!

Sooo, listening to this I fell into a very natural flowing deep breathing pattern.. then shortly after I felt a tension spot behind my shoulder blade release (I've been trying to release the spot for months) felt so amazing.
