22:07 actually even if a monster is unaffected by card effects u can still change the effects of their monster with cards like Spirit of Yubel. The ruling behind it is that u are changing the effect of the card and not affecting the card itself. Point is, u can use spirit of yubel even with a Noir with 5 or more materials or a tenpai despite their fieldspell
Only varudras and fiendsmith left and yubel will get even crazier.

Phantom of Yubel doesnt care about sangen summoning. Unaffected monsters on the field (tenpai on field with sangen summoning )are still pseudo-negated by Phantom
tenpai player needed samurai destroyer. Classic Duel Links card haha.
Sometimes tenpai players can't out spirit of yubel and surrender
Yubel can brick pretty hard.

Solemn Judgement is not an Omni Negate.
It's negates a summon practically the same thing
@@redlighting844 it definitely is not the same thing. u cant use it to break established boards like solemn strike
