I like that since we're running out of funny cards to wave in front of his face, we've resorted to silly strategies that he actually just can't beat. Truly an evolution of the format.
Honestly it would've been a much better series if it was "entertain me" instead of "make me laugh"

Some people in chat asked, doesn't transaction rollback ignore the the requirement for the 3 vanilla monsters and why not activate it in the draw phase? No, Huge revolution is an awful card and still only has an activation window of "when the 3 vanillas are face up on field during your main phase" meaning it can't be activated in the opponents draw phase and you need the 3 monsters on field. Same idea as why you can't rollback a torrential tribute willy-nilly, it can only be when a monster is summoned.
Why not gryphon? - Because I wanted to flex the royal firewall, and firewall pass is a meme end board. Gryphon is in the ED so you can set the card but the co-linking is a little annoying with curious' arrows

@@sk8torchic1 psychic kappa is there so you can still advanced ritual art when you draw the level 1 or 3 (not both then you’ve bricked) you do an alternate line to complete the combo. This happened before my redo but I had banished barricade borg of prosperity. psychic kappa specifically is also a good small world target and bridge in the deck

A much simpler explanation would be that rollback ignores the activation cost of a card, not its activation requirement
I wish more people chose to replace all the good cards in their decks with bad ones.

Honestly I kind of wonder how the Ordeal of a Traveler deck would go if it also had Battle Fader hand traps just to make MBT's life even more of a pain.

I was the one with the battle fader list, so couple of point i want make one I had this idea for a while I orignally came up for an RJ series but it didn't work and was to evil, some other stuff the reason set waboku was if he on magia which really destories the deck, second thing the reason I got fader on godess was becasue it seemed like the funniest pick and like of course i had to summon fader once in the battle fader deck, side note im sick with covid so I might not be playing the best, someone said in chat i should phantonm in the extra but orignally when i came up with it the yubel stuff wasn't in master duel getting mbt with godess was a true highlight

I can imagine Cimo watching the 4th match as a tutorial, he has to know how to pilot the deck now and how insane his list is.
Makes you wonder about how many more combo's MBT's gonna sit through that fuck him over because some combo of cards just need you to have the cards face up on the field, not even in the monster zone necessarily.
I came up with 2 dueltaining deck ideas one involves setting up future fusion with arcana force the world and sending all your monsters from deck to summon tubes the loving defender and the other one is using super poly and chain material to send 12 monsters with different levels including the original reign boug to summon the new clorless

rather than King of the Swamp; Versago the Destroyer + Rhino Warrior's more consistent, Cherubini can dump em too.
And cause they're fiends, you can also make Colorless for an opp turn raigeki
Adamancipators for Dark Hex Sealed is also fun
I do BLS ritual summon spell using the goddess. It sends a dark and light that add up to 8. So you can send a goddess and a Sheiren lol.
Surprised not many people tried using Poplar and Flamberge to enable stupid interactions with monsters in the backrow in this series
The zombie vampire is just chaos ruler.
Except worse in every way. 4 cards that affect both players vs. 5 that exclusively affect the controlling player; Chaos Ruler is generic 8, while ZVamp is 2x8, meaning not every deck can make it effortlessly. (Literally any deck with gamma can make a chaos ruler for free at times or even hard make quite easily.) Chaos ruler can free summon himself from grave then is banished but it’s not once per duel just hard once per turn so you can recycle his double body existence turn and turn again.
Its not. My chaos Synchro deck can't just make chaos ruler. I want chaos ruler back in a chaos synchro restricted form.

@@corbinkendall6330 the Horus engine is like what 3-4 whole cards? Gamma is 2-3 and doubles as negation on top of a free synchro (if it’s your turn and you managed to bait them). Also you could actually play both together if you’re extra greedy for a mill 5 then mil 4 and revive ruler after detaching

Apparently the goal for this week went from "Make MBT laugh" to "Make MBT cry"
The Battle Fader deck could theoretically win a game if it played Zeus. When the opponent attacks, summon Battle Fader or Smoke Mosquito (a similar card which isn't in the deck but probably should be) to end the Battle Phase. Then on your turn, Normal Summon another level 1 monster and make Nightingale->Downerd Magician->Zeus.
Smoke Mosquito is especially versatile because even if your other monster is not level 1, you can change its level to that monster's level, make a higher rank XYZ, and still go into Zeus.

Chat, recently I learned that toy box plus magicians souls gets you everything you need to go into curious plus and light 4 you want.
I’m not a very good deck builder so I use this knowledge to make dragon master magia, do with this info what you like ide love to see some dumb ass combo with this.
If your curious thier minimum 6 ways to get to toy box and 9 to get to souls, (souls, chaos illusion, prep and toy soldier/box receptively)
Activate box
Set the two toys
Summon souls
Activate souls sending the toys
Draw 2 and search a lvl 4 light
Link souls into Artemis.
Link into curious
Send a card to grave
Boom replenished your hand from the cost and got a couple cards to work with like idk ruinheart you could do dumb shit with rollback to the grave. Cold fusion really

I stole the mogel deck list and it’s so cool, but I’ve decked myself a lot.
To the person that lied their way into getting like 8 separate games last time, and to the people running 40 Battle Faders and Minigames with Ordeal of a Traveler stall this time, you seem to be confusing "annoyed" with "entertained."
The person who lied last time into 8 separate games (Even though the first one was genuine and not even a part of the bit, the first one broke on them legitimately) was Eragonnare, or Eragon for short. The entire bit with their decks are that they break the rules of Dueltaining to get a cheap laugh in, which leads to some really clever bits. It was stream-snipe turbo, then abusing the charity of MBT's rerolls to try and get Exodia or until he catches on, plenty more throughout the series which was really fun. It's in Eragon's character on the show to basically just cheat and there's some really clever ways to do it.
The Battle Fader deck however was probably the most boring of the decks this time around just because there's not much you do other than stall death, which is also partly why Mystic Mine is/was banned (I don't remember its current state). It's not like Magic where combat is only a fraction of the decks thats playable, combat is the primary way you deal damage as burn just isn't good as a strategy.
